The Moxa AWK-1161C Series industrial wireless client is built to enhance data transmission efficiency in high-density environments, leveraging IEEE 802.11ax (Wi-Fi 6) technology. This industrial-grade client complies with rigorous standards for operating temperature, power input, and environmental resistance, ensuring dependable performance. Its compact design, with DIN-rail or optional wall mounting, makes it easy to install in industrial settings, and it supports both 2.4 and 5 GHz bands while being backwards compatible with earlier Wi-Fi standards.

Key features include DFS channel support for interference avoidance, Wi-Fi 6 OFDMA for better network efficiency, and TWT technology to extend device battery life. The AWK-1161C also offers seamless roaming with Turbo Roaming, ensuring fast recovery (< 150 ms) between access points. Ruggedized with antenna isolation and an optional extended wide operating temperature model supporting -40 to +75°C, it provides reliable wireless connectivity in harsh industrial environments.
