The Moxa AWK-1165C Series industrial wireless client is built to enhance data transmission efficiency in high-density environments, leveraging IEEE 802.11ax (Wi-Fi 6) technology. This industrial-grade client complies with rigorous standards for operating temperature, power input, and environmental resistance, ensuring dependable performance. Its compact design, with DIN-rail or optional wall mounting, makes it easy to install in industrial settings, and it supports both 2.4 and 5 GHz bands while being backwards compatible with earlier Wi-Fi standards.

Key features include DFS channel support for interference avoidance, Wi-Fi 6 OFDMA for better network efficiency, and TWT technology to extend device battery life. The AWK-1161C also offers seamless roaming with Turbo Roaming, ensuring fast recovery (< 150 ms) between access points. Ruggedized with antenna isolation and an optional extended wide operating temperature model supporting -40 to +75°C, it provides reliable wireless connectivity in harsh industrial environments.

RMA

In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).

When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.

Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
