The AWK-3131A-M12-RCC series industrial 802.11n wireless AP/client is an ideal wireless solution for applications such as onboard passenger infotainment systems and inter-carriage wireless backbone networks. The AWK-3131A-M12-RCC series provides a faster data rate than the 802.11g model and is ideal for a great variety of wireless configurations and applications. The auto carriage connection (ACC) feature provides simple deployment and increases the reliability of wireless carriage backbone networks.

The AWK- 3131A-M12-RCC series is also optimized for passenger Wi-Fi services and complies with a portion of EN 50155 specifications, covering operating temperature, power input voltage, surge, ESD, and vibration, making the products suitable for a variety of industrial applications. The AWK-3131A-M12-RCC series can also be powered via PoE for easier deployment.

RMA

In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).

When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.

Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
