The Moxa AWK-3262A-US-T is a wide-temperature industrial Wi-Fi 6 wireless access point, bridge and client developed for demanding applications requiring stable wireless networking across harsh environmental conditions. Designed for operation on supported US wireless frequency bands, the device combines IEEE 802.11ax technology with concurrent 2.4GHz and 5GHz connectivity and aggregated data rates of up to 1.775Gbps. It is suitable for industrial automation, warehouses, production facilities and mobile applications where conventional commercial wireless hardware may not provide the required environmental resilience.

Wi-Fi 6 technologies such as OFDMA and Spatial Reuse help the AWK-3262A-US-T maintain efficient communication where multiple wireless clients share the same network. Built-in band-pass filters for both frequency bands reduce unwanted interference, while Auto Channel Selection dynamically evaluates available channels. DFS functionality provides access to additional 5GHz spectrum where permitted, helping networks avoid heavily occupied frequencies.

Moxa's AeroMesh technology provides adaptive self-forming and self-healing mesh networking, which can simplify wireless deployment in locations where Ethernet cabling is difficult or costly to install. Client-based Turbo Roaming supports rapid transitions between access points for mobile industrial equipment, while 802.11k/v/r Fast Roaming improves compatibility and roaming behaviour across supported wireless infrastructure.

The device supports WPA, WPA2 and WPA3 security in both Personal and Enterprise configurations. Industrial management functionality includes DHCP, DNS, IPv4/IPv6, LLDP, SNMP, VLAN, Syslog and compatibility with Moxa's MXview Wireless management platform. Security features such as HTTPS/SSL, SSH, RADIUS, certificate management, firewall filtering, Wi-Fi ACL and client isolation provide further control over network access.

Wired networking is provided through one Gigabit Ethernet port and one PoE-capable 2.5GbE port. The AWK-3262A-US-T supports redundant 12 to 48VDC inputs and is housed in a compact IP30 metal enclosure suitable for DIN-rail installation. Its extended operating temperature range of -40°C to +75°C is the key distinction of the -T configuration, supporting reliable wireless communications in harsh industrial environments.
