The BOXER-6619-TWL is a compact fanless embedded box PC designed for industrial edge computing, automation, machine vision, control systems and smart infrastructure applications. Built around Intel Core 3 and Intel Processor N-series platforms, formerly known as Twin Lake, it provides a practical balance of low-power computing, broad I/O connectivity and rugged mechanical design for demanding installations.
A key strength of the BOXER-6619-TWL is its four-port PoE networking capability. The system includes one GbE LAN port and three 2.5GbE LAN ports, all supporting IEEE 802.3af/at PoE with a total power budget of up to 80W across all ports. This makes the unit especially useful for vision and surveillance applications where cameras, sensors or other powered network devices need both data and power through a single cable. The datasheet also notes that when input voltage is 10V or below, combined PoE output is limited to 20W, which should be considered when planning power budgets.
The system supports up to 32GB DDR5 memory through a single SODIMM slot and includes an internal 2.5-inch SATA drive bay for storage. It also offers two HDMI outputs supporting up to 4K at 60Hz and one VGA output supporting up to Full HD, making it suitable for multi-display control and monitoring applications. I/O includes two USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports, two USB 2.0 ports, six RS-232/422/485 serial ports, 8-bit DIO, audio, remote power control, reset, multiple antenna openings and expansion through M.2 E-Key, M.2 B-Key and a Nano SIM slot.
With 9V to 36V DC input, power protection features, onboard TPM 2.0, optional out-of-band support, wall mounting as standard and optional DIN rail mounting, the BOXER-6619-TWL is built for reliable embedded deployment. Its -20°C to 60°C operating temperature range, vibration resistance and shock resistance make it well suited to industrial environments where compact size, fanless reliability and powered Ethernet connectivity are required.

In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
