The AAEON BOXER-8742AI is a powerful AI edge fanless embedded box PC engineered for demanding real-time inference, computer vision and industrial AI deployments. Based on the Nvidia Jetson T4000 system-on-module with a 12-core Arm Neoverse V3AE CPU, 1536-core Blackwell GPU and 64 next-generation Tensor Cores, it delivers outstanding performance for deep learning models used in smart cities, traffic and parking management, logistics hubs, factory inspection and intelligent retail. A generous 64 GB of 256-bit LPDDR5X memory ensures smooth handling of complex neural networks and high-resolution video streams.
For vision-heavy applications such as multi-camera surveillance, ANPR and robotics, the BOXER-8742AI provides one 5GbE LAN and four 1GbE LAN ports with PoE/PoE+ up to 60 W total, allowing you to power IP cameras and sensors directly from the system and simplify cabling. Rugged design with wide -25 to 60 °C operating temperature, 12–24 V DC input via Phoenix connector, 3.5 G vibration and 50 G shock resistance enables dependable operation in harsh roadside cabinets, mobile platforms and industrial environments.
Rich I/O includes four USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports, multi-function RS-232/422/485 with 8-bit DIO, an additional RS-232 with dual CAN FD, HDMI 2.0 display and dedicated mini USB for OS flashing, making integration and maintenance straightforward. Dual SIM slots and six SMA connectors support resilient 4G/5G and Wi-Fi connectivity via M.2 B-key and E-key expansion, while an M.2 M-key slot accommodates high-speed NVMe SSD storage for video buffering and AI data logging.
With support for Nvidia JetPack 7.0 and above, the BOXER-8742AI streamlines deployment of CUDA, TensorRT and containerised AI workloads, providing a compact, scalable AI inference server platform for modern edge computing projects.

In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
