The CP-134U-I 4-port universal PCI board is designed for industrial automation applications that require a long distance, multi-point, PC-based data acquisition solution. RS-485 communication requires precise timing control to enable and disable the line driver. The Moxa Turbo Serial Engine chip that powers the CP-134U-I board comes with on-chip ADDC, which makes RS-485 as easy to use as RS-232. The CP-134U-I universal PCI board has 4x RS-422/485 serial ports, each of which can achieve data rates up to 921.6kbps. In RS-485 mode, the board can connect up to 31x daisy-chained RS-485 devices within a range of 1.2km. The CP-134U-I is ideal for long distance RS-485 communication as it comes with 2kV electrical isolation protection to prevent equipment damage. Moxa continues to support a wide variety of operating systems, and the CP-134U-I board is no exception. Reliable Windows COM and Linux/Unix TTY drivers are provided for all Moxa boards, and other operating systems, such as WEPOS, are also supported for embedded integration. RMA
In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
