The CS551 is a 3.5" single board computer from DFI which is powered by Intel 9th/8th Gen. Core processor alongside the latest Intel C246, H310 or Q370 chipsets. The CS551 contains one DDR4 SODIMM memory slot for up to 32GB alongside multiple expansion including one M.2 2280 M Key and one MiniPCIe slot. The board I/O includes dual Intel Gigabit Ethernet ports, four USB3.1 and two USB2.0 ports and comes in wide and extended operating temperature options for the most rugged, demanding embedded computing applications. Impulse can supply the CS551 3.5" SBC fully configured with your choice of storage, memory and a Microsoft Windows Embedded operating system. We can also assist with the design and testing of a fully built embedded chassis system using this board. RMA
In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
