The Vecow EAC-4000 Series is a compact, fanless AI computing system powered by NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX or Orin Nano. Designed for real-time edge inference, it delivers up to 100 TOPS of AI performance in a palm-sized footprint, making it ideal for intelligent applications such as traffic vision, robotic control, and optical inspection.
Equipped with up to 16GB LPDDR5 memory and pre-installed NVMe SSD storage, the EAC-4000 offers high-speed I/O including 1x Gigabit LAN, 4x USB 3.1, 1x HDMI 2.0, and 2x COM ports for serial communication. Its mini PCIe slot and SIM socket support 4G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS connectivity, giving you the flexibility to deploy AI solutions anywhere.
Certified to MIL-STD-810G for shock and vibration, and supporting a -25°C to 55°C operating temperature at 15W TDP, the EAC-4000 is built to endure industrial edge environments. RMA
In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.

Our customer was looking for ways to improve efficiency and reliability, and reduce operation costs and overheads for their manufacturing facility.
