The Axiomtek eBOX560-52R-FL is a compact, fanless embedded box PC designed for reliable industrial edge computing, digital signage and control applications where quiet operation and small footprint are essential. Powered by an onboard 8th generation Intel Core i5-8365UE or Celeron 4305UE processor, it delivers strong performance for HMI, data collection, protocol conversion and 4K media playback in demanding 24/7 environments.
Built in an IP40-rated aluminium extrusion and heavy-duty steel chassis, the eBOX560-52R-FL is engineered to withstand shock and vibration, as detailed in the IEC 60068 test data and compact mechanical drawings on the datasheet. Its -10 °C to +50 °C operating temperature with 12 VDC input, plus protection against over-voltage, over-current and short-circuit, make it a robust choice for factory floors, control cabinets, kiosks and in-vehicle installations.
For connectivity-rich deployments, the system offers dual Gigabit LAN, two RS-232/422/485 ports for legacy industrial devices and four USB ports, including two high-speed USB 3.1 Gen2 for cameras and storage. HDMI and DisplayPort++ provide dual independent displays, ideal for dual-screen digital signage, operator panels or monitoring dashboards. The front and rear panel layouts shown in the datasheet highlight convenient access to all key interfaces for easy installation and maintenance.
A 2.5" SATA drive bay supports SSD or HDD storage, while an M.2 Key E slot enables easy Wi-Fi expansion for wireless networking. Multiple mounting options – wall mount, DIN-rail and VESA – add deployment flexibility in space-constrained locations. With support for Windows 10 IoT and Linux, the eBOX560-52R-FL is a versatile, future-ready industrial embedded PC platform for a wide range of edge computing and automation projects.
