The EDS-2008-EL series is an 8 port entry-level unmanaged Ethernet switch with up to 8x 10/100BaseTX RJ45 ports, single 12V/24V/48V DC power input and an optional extended operating temperature range (-40°C to +75°C). The compact IP40 rated metal chassis and low cost design is ideal for applications that need simple industrial Ethernet connectivity. For increased reliability, the EDS-2008-EL series has passed a 100% burn-in test to ensure it will function continually after deployment. The EDS-2008-EL also has Broadcast Storm Protection (BSP) and Quality of Service (QoS) functionality and the -SC and -ST model variants offer a single SC or ST type fibre port for integration into multi-mode fibre networks. RMA
In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
