The Moxa EDS-2010-ML Series is a line of unmanaged industrial Ethernet switches designed for reliable high-bandwidth aggregation in entry-level networks. Each switch features eight 10/100BaseT(X) RJ45 ports and two 10/100/1000BaseT(X) or 100/1000BaseSFP combo uplink ports, providing flexibility for copper and fibre connections.
Ideal for applications that demand stable Gigabit uplinks, the EDS-2010-ML Series supports Quality of Service (QoS), Broadcast Storm Protection (BSP), and a port break alarm, all configurable via DIP switches. A relay output warns of power failures or port breaks, helping operators respond quickly to network issues.
Housed in a rugged IP30-rated metal enclosure, the switches feature redundant 12/24/48 VDC power inputs with overload and reverse polarity protection. High EMI/EMC resilience, compact design, and flexible DIN-rail or wall mounting ensure durability and ease of integration.
Standard models operate from -10°C to +60°C, while wide-temperature (-T) versions extend this to -40°C to +75°C for deployment in harsh environments. With an MTBF of over 2.1 million hours and backed by a 5-year warranty, the EDS-2010-ML Series is a dependable choice for transport, manufacturing, and utility networks requiring Gigabit-ready uplinks.

RMA
In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
