The EDS-G205-1GTXSFP-T is the extended temperature version of the 5-port unmanaged Gigabit switch, offering the same four copper ports and one combo port with 100/1000 SFP support. This model is designed for outdoor and extreme-temperature deployments requiring rugged fibre or copper connectivity.
Like the standard version, it includes a relay output to notify operators of power and port-break events. DIP switches allow broadcast storm protection, jumbo frame support, IEEE 802.3az energy-saving features, port-break alarms, and flexible 100/1000 SFP speed configuration.
The unit supports redundant dual 12/24/48 VDC power inputs (9.6–60 VDC), with reverse polarity and overload protection. Housed in a robust IP30-rated metal enclosure, it is resistant to shock, vibration, and freefall, ensuring long-term resilience in harsh field environments.
Certified for hazardous locations (ATEX Zone 2, Class I Div. 2), maritime approvals (ABS, DNV-GL, LR, NK), and railway environments, the switch is suited to critical infrastructure networks.
With its Extended wide -40°C to +75°C operating range, the EDS-G205-1GTXSFP-T is ideal for unmanaged Gigabit backbones in outdoor cabinets, roadside installations, and heavy-industry applications.
