The EDS-G4008-LV is a DIN-rail managed switch with 8x 10/100/1000BaseT(X) ports, designed for industrial networks using a low-voltage DC supply. It accepts redundant dual inputs from 12/24/48 VDC, ensuring continuous operation if one source fails.
Cybersecurity certification includes IEC 62443-4-1 and IEC 62443-4-2, with role-based security, IEEE 802.1X, RADIUS/TACACS+, SNMPv3, SSH, and HTTPS. Network redundancy is achieved through Turbo Ring and Turbo Chain (<50 ms recovery), along with RSTP/STP.
The compact IP40 housing supports DIN-rail mounting, and the device operates from -10 to 60°C. Management is flexible via web, CLI, Telnet, SNMP, MXstudio, or ABC-02 backup devices.
With redundant low-voltage inputs, full Gigabit performance, and integrated cybersecurity, the EDS-G4008-LV is ideal for industrial Ethernet backbones requiring secure and resilient connectivity.

RMA
In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
