The EKI-1361 wireless serial device server brings RS-232/422/485 to wireless LAN. Allowing almost any device with a serial port to share a wireless LAN. The EKI-1361 provides a quick, simple and cost-effective way to bring remote management and data accessibility to thousands of devices that connect otherwise connect to a network. By using the EKI-1361 your serial device will be compatible with most common operating systems without the need to rewrite special drivers. Furthermore, the serial devices can communicate peer to peer eliminating the need for host PCs and software programming. The EKI -1361 allows commands to be issued from either the wireless side or, the serial side using bilateral data transmission making the EKI-1361 suitable to remote monitoring environments such as security systems, factory automation, SCADA, transportation and more. In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
