The EKI-1526 is an industrial-grade network-based serial device server for connecting up to 16 serial RS-232/422/485 devices such as CNCs, PLCs, scales and scanners directly to a TCP/IP network. The EKI-1526 features two independent Ethernet ports and MAC addresses to provide a redundant network mechanism to guarantee Ethernet network reliability. It also provides a simple and cost-effective way to bring the advantages of remote management and data accessibility to thousand of devices that can't connect to an Ethernet network. The EKI-1526 offers easy ways to configure the device through Windows utility, Web Browser, serial console or Telnet console. These methods make it easy to manage multiple EKI-1526's or serial devices on your network. RMA
In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
