The EKI-5526-EI is a new generation of entry-level managed switch.It supports the EtherNet/IP protocol to communicate with Ethernet/IP based PLCs. Advantech also provides the FactoryTalk View compliant faceplate, so users can easily integrate the switch with Allen-Bradley PLCs. "Electronic Data Sheet" (EDS files) are also available for users to customise the faceplate. The devices come with a compact metal housing that is IP30 rated to protect against dusty industrial environments. The wide power input power (8.4V to 52.8V DC) is designed to operate in areas of unstable power and rugged environments. RMA
In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
