The EKI-7428G is an industrial-class layer 2 full managed switch including 24x Gigabit ports and 4x Gigabit combo ports. It is designed for rack-mount installation and can be deployed in demanding industrial environments. It is suitable for edge to core industrial networks. It integrates Layer 2 switching software, which is optimised for scale and performance, delivering wire speed across all ports up to 56Gbps for layer 2 traffic forwarding.

It features high reliability with a -40°C to +70°C operating temperature and dual 48V DC power inputs designed to ensure vital network capabilities with minimum downtime. It is also embedded with Advantech IXM, which benefits users by giving fast deployment and can dramatically save engineer's time and costs.

RMA

In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).

When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.

Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
