The EKI-7720E-4F supports 16x Fast Ethernet ports and 4x SFP (mini-GBIC) ports. It can provide users abundant ports to connect many devices. It is also embedded with Advantech's IXM function, this can benefit users for fast deployment and can dramatically save engineers time and costs. The EKI-7720E-4F series also supports NMS to help IT managers with networking maintenance and failure prevention. Finally, the EKI-7720E-4F series is equipped with X-Ring Pro which can achieve ultra high speed recovery time of less than 20ms to ensure network stability. The switch also features an extended -40°C to +75°C operating temperature (EKI-7720E-4FI) and NEMA TS2 rating, making the switch an ideal solution for use in traffic applications and has successfully passed the EN 50121-4 European railway standard requirements of emissions and immunity for railway platforms and trackside deployment. RMA
In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.

Our customer was looking for ways to improve efficiency and reliability, and reduce operation costs and overheads for their manufacturing facility. The initial step in this transformation was to add additional monitoring and measurements to several areas of their facility to allow the collection of usage data from older machinery for analysis. The machinery to be analysed would be located in many areas of the complex, with some sitting in concrete outbuildings far from the source of the main network.
