The GOT521-13C-WCD is the Intel Core U300E version of the 15.6" stainless steel GOT521 panel computer, offering efficient fanless operation for industrial touch control, monitoring and HMI applications. Designed for hygienic and harsh environments, it features a full SUS304 stainless steel enclosure, with SUS316 available as an option, and provides IP66 and IP69K protection against water, dust and powder. This makes it a strong choice for food processing, chemical industry, light industrial production and semi-outdoor installations.
Its 15.6" FHD TFT LCD display features 1920 x 1080 resolution, a flat bezel design, wide 178 degree viewing angles and projected capacitive multi-touch technology. The Intel Core U300E processor supports reliable computing performance for operator interfaces, production dashboards and control terminals, while DDR5 memory support up to 48GB helps maintain smooth system operation. Fanless construction reduces moving parts and supports long-term reliability in equipment rooms and production areas.
Built for flexible integration, the GOT521-13C-WCD includes M12 industrial connectivity, 2.5GbE LAN, 1GbE LAN, USB, COM and 9 to 36VDC power input. Expansion options include NVMe SSD, mSATA, Wi-Fi 6E/7 and 4G LTE, supporting wired and wireless industrial deployments. The system also offers Smart Ignition, programmable OSD function key support, proximity and light sensors, and EC control for backlight, brightness, touch and Super I/O management. With optional 1000-nit brightness and a -20°C to +50°C operating range, it is built for stable operation in demanding industrial environments. For cost-sensitive projects, this U300E panel PC balances performance, durability and energy-efficient operation. Linux and Windows support adds flexibility.

RMA
In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
