The Axiomtek ICO150 is a compact DIN-rail fanless embedded system designed for reliable industrial edge computing and control. Powered by an Intel Atom x7433RE processor with four efficient cores, it delivers a strong balance of performance and low power consumption for 24/7 operation. With four serial COM ports (RS-232/422/485), dual 2.5GbE LAN ports, and 4 USB ports, it is ideal as a protocol gateway, data logger, or industrial IoT controller in factory automation, utilities, transport, and energy applications.
A robust extruded aluminium and steel housing with IP30 protection and fanless design helps keep dust out and moving parts to a minimum, improving long-term reliability in control cabinets. Broad DC input voltage range of 9 to 36 V and comprehensive power protection (OVP, UVP, OCP, RPP) ensure stable operation from standard industrial power rails. Wide-temperature models support deployment in harsh environments, while vibration resistance makes the ICO150 suitable for mobile or high-shock installations.
For expansion, the system includes full-size and half-size PCI Express Mini Card slots with SIM support for 4G LTE, Wi-Fi or mSATA, plus an M.2 B+M key slot for fast NVMe storage, giving plenty of flexibility for wireless connectivity and local data buffering. HDMI with 4K support enables easy HMI or diagnostic display connections, and an 8-bit programmable DIO block simplifies integration with sensors, relays, and alarms. Support for Windows 11 IoT, Ubuntu 22.04 and Axiomtek EAPI makes the ICO150 a robust, secure and easily managed platform for modern industrial edge and SCADA systems.

RMA
In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
