The Moxa ioLogik E2200 Series is a smart Ethernet remote I/O family designed for industrial monitoring and control applications that need reliable, event-based communication. With built-in Click&Go logic, active push messaging, and support for Modbus TCP, SNMP and MXIO tools, the E2200 range is built to simplify I/O integration while reducing polling traffic and response delays. The range includes models for digital input and output, relay, analogue input and output, RTD, and thermocouple applications, making it easier to standardise on one platform across multiple sensing and control tasks. RMA
In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
