The Cisco IR807 Industrial integrated services router is a compact low power router equipped with two ethernet ports, one RS-232 and 1 RS232/422/485 ports and dual SIM for cellular fall over. The 807 has an integrated 9.6V to 60V DC to enable it to function in remote industrial environments where power supply can be constrained. Furthermore, the IR807 Chassis has been designed to withstand hostile environments including shock, vibration and humidity with an extended temperature range of -40°C to +60°C.

RMA

In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).

When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.

Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
