The Jemii-150D-PoE is a Mini-ITX Jetson Orin carrier board designed for industrial edge AI systems that require PoE camera connectivity, CAN support and wide-range DC power input. It is compatible with NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX and Jetson Orin Nano modules, including Super Mode-enabled modules, making it suitable for indoor autonomous mobile robots, autonomous logistics, intelligent vision systems and embedded AI applications that need compact, rugged and expandable hardware.
This model is BSP-aligned with the NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano Developer Kit and supports NVIDIA JetPack releases, allowing direct flashing through NVIDIA SDK Manager. This is important for developers and system integrators because it helps reduce migration effort from development kits to deployment-ready hardware. The Jetson Orin NX or Orin Nano module is not included with the Jemii-150D-PoE carrier board and must be purchased or configured separately.
The Jemii-150D-PoE includes four GbE ports powered by Intel I350-AM4 with optional PoE++ support, plus one additional GbE port from the Jetson module. Its PoE++ capability supports IEEE 802.3bt Type 3 and Type 4 PSE, with up to 90W on a single PoE++ port and a shared total PoE budget of 100W. This makes the board a strong choice for applications using IP cameras, depth sensors or other powered Ethernet devices.
A key distinction of the D-PoE model is its 9V to 32V DC terminal block input, making it more suitable for DC-powered industrial and mobile platforms than ATX-only variants. It also includes CAN 2.0 through an internal pin header, an internal RS-232 header, one PCIe Gen3 x4 slot, M.2 M-Key storage, USB 3.2, Type-C OTG, DisplayPort, isolated 3 DI and 3 DO, RS-232/422/485 and fan connections. With -25°C to 70°C operation and a compact Mini-ITX footprint, it is a strong carrier board for rugged Jetson Orin AI systems.

In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
