Moxa LIC-MXviewOne-ADD-SECURITY-MR is the add-on licence that enables MXview Security functionality within MXview One, extending industrial network management into practical, field-ready cybersecurity operations. MXview One already supports monitoring and diagnosing industrial network devices, and this add-on builds on that platform to help security and OT teams manage policy, updates, and security events in one place.
With MXview Security enabled, MXview One can configure and deploy firewall policies to routers and firewalls on demand, supporting consistent rule rollout across sites or across segmented industrial zones. It also enables scheduled or manual updates of IPS patterns and cybersecurity packages, helping you keep protections current without relying on manual, device-by-device maintenance. Security operations are supported with aggregated cybersecurity events and customisable real-time notifications, so teams can prioritise responses and reduce time-to-detect when something changes on the network.
This add-on is a permanent licence and requires an active MXview One licence to activate. That modular approach is useful when some sites need full security capabilities while others only need baseline network visibility and maintenance tooling.

RMA
In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
