The Moxa MC-1100 series of DIN-rail, fanless, x86 embedded computers are based on the Intel Atom E3800 series processor, featuring the most reliable I/O design to maximise connectivity and support wireless modules (WiFi/3G/LTE) making them suitable for a diverse range of communication applications.

Powered by a wide operating temperature range -40°C to +70°C) and safety/EMI/EMS compliances, the MC-1100 series is ideal for intelligent computing and communication solutions in critical environments, including marine communication, oil & gas field site monitOring, and transportation.

The MC-1100 series supports “Moxa Hardware MonitOring” for device I/O status monitOring and alerts, system temperature monitOring and alerts, and system power management. MonitOring system status closely makes it easier to recover from errors and provides the most reliable platform for your embedded applications.

RMA

In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).

When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.

Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
