The MDS-G4028-4XGS-T is the wide-temperature version of the modular 28-port 10G switch, operating from -40 to 75°C. With 24x Gigabit interfaces and 4x 10G SFP+ uplinks, it combines port density with backbone performance.
Expansion slots support LM-7000H modules for copper, fibre, or PoE+. Dual hot-swappable LV or HV power modules provide redundant supply flexibility.
IEC 61850-3/IEEE 1613 certification ensures immunity to EMI, surges, and vibration. PRP/HSR redundancy, Turbo Ring/Chain, RSTP, and MSTP guarantee network resilience. IEEE 1588 PTP, with IEC 61850-9-3 and IEEE C37.238 profiles, supports time synchronisation. MMS/IEC 61850-90-4 and HTML5 management streamline SCADA integration.
The MDS-G4028-4XGS-T is a rugged, high-availability option for substations and industrial applications that require scalable 10G-ready Ethernet switching in extreme conditions.

RMA
In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
