The MIO-2361 is a fanless Pico-ITX form factor single board computer built around the "Apollo Lake" processor series from Intel with 4GB of DDR4 2400 MHz onboard memory, 32GB eMMC storage, dual Gigabit Ethernet, 2x USB3.0, 2x RS-232/422/485, 16-bit GPIO and Advantech's MI/O-ultra expansion port allowing for additional IO, Network, or Display features to be added. Furthermore, the MIO-2360 supports dual display with 48-bit LVDS and either HDMI or VGA display outputs supporting up to 4K UHD resolutions, 1x SATA, 1x full-size Mini-PCIe and 1x M.2 E-key 2230. Impulse can provide the MIO-2361 Pico-ITX SBC fully populated and tested in our UK engineering facility with your choice of storage, and embedded software options. We can also assist with mechanical design and manufacture of your chassis requirements. RMA
In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
