The Moxa NAT-G102-T is the wide-temperature version of the NAT-G102 Gigabit industrial Network Address Translation device, designed for industrial networks where machinery must be integrated securely into existing Ethernet infrastructure under more demanding environmental conditions. The device combines two Gigabit Ethernet ports with NAT, routing, firewall and access-control functions in a compact metal enclosure suitable for control cabinet installation.
Two 10/100/1000BaseT(X) RJ45 ports provide Gigabit connectivity for industrial Ethernet equipment. NAT functionality includes 1-to-1 NAT, N-to-1 NAT, port forwarding and NAT loopback, allowing users to control how devices on an internal machine network communicate with external factory systems while retaining existing IP configurations where appropriate.
Performance is rated at up to 80,000 packets per second and 1000 Mbps for NAT, routing and firewall traffic based on RFC 2544. The NAT-G102-T supports up to 120,000 concurrent connections and a maximum of 6,000 connections per second based on RFC 3511. Static unicast routing is supported with up to 32 routing rules.
The Auto Learning Lock feature provides straightforward access control by automatically learning the IP and MAC addresses of locally connected devices and binding them to an access list. Firewall filters can be configured according to IP address, MAC address and port, while Secure Boot helps verify system integrity during start-up. Trust access control is also supported.
Network administration is available through an HTTP/HTTPS web console, SSH, Telnet and TFTP. LLDP supports network discovery, while NTP Server/Client and SNTP provide time synchronisation. Policy enforcement events can be retained in local storage or forwarded to a Syslog server for central monitoring.
The NAT-G102-T uses a removable terminal block for power and accepts nominal 12/24/48 VDC input across a 9.6 to 60 VDC operating range. Reverse polarity protection is included. The compact metal enclosure measures 20 x 90 x 73 mm, weighs 240 g and supports standard DIN-rail mounting, with an optional wall-mounting kit also available.
The key distinction of the NAT-G102-T is its -40°C to +75°C operating temperature range, compared with -10 to 60°C for the standard NAT-G102. This makes the wide-temperature model better suited to industrial installations exposed to greater temperature extremes.

In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
