The Nuvo-9154GC is a ruggedised GPU computer built for autonomous mobile robots and demanding edge AI applications that require high-performance compute, camera integration and reliable operation in mobile industrial environments. Supporting Intel 14th, 13th and 12th Gen Core processors in an LGA1700 socket, the system can be configured with 35W or 65W CPU options depending on performance and thermal requirements. It also supports up to 128GB DDR5 4800 memory across two SODIMM slots, providing the memory capacity needed for robotics, vision, AI inference and sensor processing workloads.

This model supports an NVIDIA RTX series GPU card up to 150W TDP through a PCIe x16 Gen3 cassette expansion slot. This makes the Nuvo-9154GC suitable for GPU-accelerated applications such as object detection, contour analysis, multi-camera vision, real-time inference and complex path planning. The system supports a dual-slot graphics card up to 188 mm x 131 mm, with dedicated GPU bracket options available for selected cards to improve shock and vibration resistance. The GPU itself should be selected and configured separately.

For robotic vision systems, the Nuvo-9154GC includes four GMSL2 camera inputs through a 4-port Mini-FAKRA Z connector. The platform supports selected GMSL2 camera configurations, including combinations such as two 8MP plus one 3MP camera at 30 fps, four 5MP cameras at 30 fps, four 3MP cameras at 30 fps, or four 2MP cameras at up to 60 fps. Driver-ready support is available for selected GMSL2 cameras on Linux, while a dedicated porting mode supports additional camera integration using I2C configurations.

I/O is extensive, with five 2.5GbE ports, one GbE port, PoE+ support on ports 3 to 6 with a 100W total power budget, two CAN 2.0 ports, GPS PPS input and output, one USB 3.2 Gen2x2 Type-C port, four USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-A ports, two USB 3.2 Gen1 Type-A ports and two USB 2.0 ports. The system also includes VGA, DVI-D and DisplayPort outputs, four serial ports, audio, dual SATA storage with RAID 0/1, M.2 NVMe storage, mini PCIe and M.2 B-Key with SIM slot for wireless or cellular connectivity.

With 8V to 48V DC input, built-in ignition power control, remote control and power LED output, wall mounting, optional damping brackets, MIL-STD-810H shock and vibration compliance, and wide temperature operation, the Nuvo-9154GC is a powerful rugged GPU computer for AMRs, logistics automation, agricultural robotics and industrial edge AI systems.
