The OnCell G4308-LTE4-GL-T is the wide temperature model in the OnCell G4308-LTE4 Series, designed for industrial cellular routing applications where equipment may be exposed to more demanding environmental conditions. It provides the same all-in-one router, switch and firewall functionality as the standard model, but extends the operating temperature range to -30°C to 70°C, making it a better fit for remote cabinets, outdoor-adjacent enclosures, transport infrastructure, utility sites and industrial locations with limited climate control.

The router supports LTE Cat. 4 cellular connectivity with up to 150 Mbps downlink and 50 Mbps uplink, plus HSPA and UMTS support. Dual nano SIM slots provide failover capability, while GuaranLink cellular auto-recovery helps maintain reliable connectivity by recovering connections automatically when network conditions change. This is especially useful for unattended remote assets where manual intervention is difficult or costly.

For local device connectivity, the OnCell G4308-LTE4-GL-T includes eight 10/100/1000BaseT(X) Ethernet ports, allowing multiple devices to connect directly to the router. This high-density port design can reduce the need for a separate Ethernet switch and simplify cabinet layouts. A DB9 serial port supporting RS-232/422/485 is also included, with Real COM, RFC2217, TCP Client, TCP Server, UDP and SCATS modes for integrating serial devices into cellular-connected networks.

Security and remote access are central to the platform. Secure Boot helps protect firmware integrity, while firewall functions, access control, DoS and DDoS protection, NAT, IPsec VPN and OpenVPN support help secure network traffic. Deep Packet Inspection adds protocol-aware protection for common industrial protocols including Modbus, DNP3, IEC 60870-5-104, IEC 61850 MMS, EtherNet/IP, MELSEC, Omron FINS, OPC UA and Siemens S7 communication. Moxa Remote Connect support gives operators secure remote visibility and access to both the router and connected devices.

The OnCell G4308-LTE4-GL-T also includes GNSS support, one digital input, one relay output, USB 2.0 for configuration backup tools, redundant 12 to 48 VDC power inputs, reverse polarity protection, DIN-rail mounting and optional wall mounting. With a metal IP40 housing, shock and vibration compliance, EN 18031-1 cybersecurity certification and a 5-year warranty period listed in the datasheet, it is a strong choice for secure wide temperature industrial cellular networking.
