The PCM-3680 is a special purpose communication module which offers connectivity of the Controller Area Network to your PC. With the built-in CAN controller, the PCM-3680 provides bus arbitration and error detection with automatic transmission repeat function. The PCM-3680 is designed with 2,500V DC electrical isolation which makes the board ideally suited for harsh industrial environments. Impulse can supply the PCM-3680 configured with a range of embedded and rack-mount computers. RMA
In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
