The PICO-BT01 is the latest Pico-ITX single board computer from AAEON Technology. Utilising the latest Intel Bay Trail Atom embedded processors, the PICO-BT01 is capable of operating without a fan in a wide 0C to +60C temperature range. Memory support on the PICO-BT01 consists of a SODIMM slot which can accommodate a single DDR3L-1333/1600MHz memory module up to 8GB in capacity. In terms of IO, the PICO-BT01 comes with a single Gigabit Ethernet port on-board and supports up to three USB ports, two COM ports For storage the PICO-BT01 includes a single SATA port and the on-board mini PCI-Express slot will support an mSATA card. Impulse can supply the PICO-BT01 full configured with your choice of storage, memory and a Microsoft Windows Embedded operating system. RMA
In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
