The AAEON PICO-EHL1 is a compact Pico-ITX embedded board powered by Intel® Atom® x6000E, Pentium, and Celeron N/J series processors, offering scalable performance with TDP options as low as 6W. Supporting up to 32GB DDR4 3200MHz memory, this board delivers efficient computing for industrial and edge deployments.
For display flexibility, the PICO-EHL1 integrates HDMI 1.4b alongside an LVDS interface, enabling up to two simultaneous displays. This pairing allows LVDS panels to be driven directly, or eDP panels for higher resolutions up to 3840×2160 @ 60Hz, giving developers a choice between traditional industrial panels and modern high-resolution displays.
Expansion is enabled through a full-size Mini PCIe/mSATA slot, M.2 2242 B-Key (PCIe [x2] or USB 2.0), and a versatile BIO connector supporting PCIe, DDI, GPIO, LPC, and USB. Connectivity includes dual COM ports (RS-232/422/485), USB 3.2 Gen 2 and USB 2.0, GbE LAN, and SATA III storage.
Operating in a 0°C to 60°C temperature range, the PICO-EHL1 is ideal for industrial automation, factory control, kiosks, digital signage, and edge IoT systems requiring compact form factor boards with flexible I/O and display support.

RMA
In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.

Our customer was looking for ways to improve efficiency and reliability, and reduce operation costs and overheads for their manufacturing facility. The initial step in this transformation was to add additional monitoring and measurements to several areas of their facility to allow the collection of usage data from older machinery for analysis. The machinery to be analysed would be located in many areas of the complex, with some sitting in concrete outbuildings far from the source of the main network.
