The Axiomtek PICO570 is a compact Pico ITX single board computer designed for modern embedded and edge deployments where space, performance, and connectivity all matter. Built around onboard Intel Core Ultra processors (series 1), it delivers a strong balance of compute and integrated graphics for responsive HMIs, vision enabled edge nodes, and multi function industrial controllers. With Intel Arc Xe LPG graphics and dual display outputs, you can drive a local operator interface over HDMI while simultaneously feeding a secondary panel via LVDS (18/24 bit, single or dual channel), making it a solid fit for kiosks, medical interfaces, and machine control panels.
Despite its 100 x 72 mm footprint, the PICO570 is well equipped for industrial I O. You get dual Ethernet including a 2.5GbE port (Intel I226 V) and a Gigabit port (Intel I219 LM), both supporting Wake on LAN and PXE boot for easier fleet deployment and service. For peripherals and expansion, it provides two USB 3.2 ports and two USB 2.0 ports, plus a serial port supporting RS-232/422/485 for legacy device integration. A 4 channel programmable digital I O block adds straightforward sensor and actuator connectivity, while fTPM 2.0 via Intel PTT supports platform security requirements.
Storage and wireless or I O expansion are handled through M.2: a Key M 2280 socket (PCIe x4) for fast NVMe SSDs, and a Key E 2230 socket (PCIe x1 with USB 2.0) for modules such as WiFi, Bluetooth, or additional interfaces. Designed for real world environments, it supports a wide operating temperature range of -20°C to +60°C, includes a watchdog timer (1 to 255 seconds), and uses a simple 12V DC input with AT auto power on support for unattended operation.
