The Axiomtek PICO570-U7 is the higher performance configuration in the PICO570 Pico ITX family, built with the Intel Core Ultra 7 155U (series 1). It is a strong choice for edge computing systems that need extra headroom for data handling, richer graphics performance, or heavier multitasking, while still keeping the advantages of a compact, deploy anywhere 100 x 72 mm SBC. Typical applications include industrial gateways, AI assisted inspection pre processing, compact digital signage players, interactive kiosks, and advanced HMI controllers where responsive visuals and reliable connectivity are essential.

Graphics and display flexibility are key strengths. The board uses Intel Arc Xe LPG graphics and supports dual display operation via HDMI plus LVDS (18/24 bit, single or dual channel). This is ideal for machines that require an operator panel alongside a mirrored display, maintenance screen, or secondary panel output. Memory is equally modern, with a DDR5 5600 SO DIMM slot supporting up to 48GB for smoother multitasking and more capable virtualisation or container workloads in edge environments.

Connectivity is built for fast networks and managed deployments. Dual LAN includes 2.5GbE (Intel I226 V) and Gigabit Ethernet (Intel I219 LM), both with Wake on LAN and PXE boot ROM support, making remote provisioning and servicing far easier. For devices and peripherals, you get two USB 3.2 ports and two USB 2.0 ports, plus a serial interface supporting RS-232/422/485 for PLCs, meters, and legacy equipment. A 4 channel programmable digital I O block supports straightforward integration with sensors, status signals, and basic control.

For storage and expansion, the PICO570-U7 provides M.2 Key M 2280 (PCIe x4) for high speed NVMe SSDs and M.2 Key E 2230 (PCIe x1 with USB 2.0) for wireless or I O modules. With -20°C to +60°C operation, a configurable watchdog timer, fTPM 2.0 via Intel PTT, and 12V DC input with AT auto power on, the PICO570-U7 is built for dependable, always on embedded systems.
