Neousys POC-600 is an ultra-compact, fanless embedded computer built for space-constrained industrial edge deployments where reliability, secure mounting, and rich connectivity matter. Powered by an Intel Atom x7425E 12W processor with four efficient cores and up to 16GB DDR5-4800 memory, it delivers responsive performance for always-on control, data capture, and edge analytics in harsh environments, operating from -25°C to 70°C.
Designed for machine vision and video analytics, the POC-600 integrates three 2.5GbE ports, including two PoE+ ports (802.3at) with a 50W total budget to power IP cameras, smart sensors, or PoE devices without extra injectors. Screw-lock Ethernet and four screw-lock USB 3.2 ports help prevent disconnections in vibration-prone installations, while dual HDMI outputs support up to 3840 x 2160 for local HMI, dashboards, or multi-screen monitoring.
For industrial interoperability, it includes versatile serial I/O: one software-programmable RS-232/422/485 port plus additional RS-232 ports (or RS-422/485), making it ideal for PLC connectivity, legacy equipment integration, and field device polling. Storage is supported via an M.2 2280 SATA interface, and the MezIO expansion interface enables application-specific add-ons such as isolated digital I/O, ignition power control, or wireless modules. With front-access I/O, wide 8 to 35V DC input, and a DIN-rail mounting design, the POC-600 suits factory automation, smart transportation, surveillance cabinets, and remote edge gateways where dependable I/O is the priority.

In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
