The Moxa PT-G503-PHR-PTP-HV is a high-voltage model of the PT-G503 RedBox, designed to meet IEC 61850-3 and IEEE 1613 requirements for mission-critical substation and industrial networks. Offering support for IEC 62439-3 PRP and HSR redundancy, it guarantees seamless zero recovery time redundancy, ensuring critical applications like SCADA and relay protection remain uninterrupted. Equipped with three full Gigabit combo ports (RJ45/SFP), the unit supports INTERLINK, LAN A, and LAN B connectivity for flexible deployment in redundant network topologies.
This HV variant accepts redundant 110/220 VDC/VAC isolated power inputs, ensuring reliable performance in substation environments with high-voltage systems. With robust aluminium housing (IP40), wide -40 to 85°C temperature tolerance, and proven EMC immunity exceeding IEEE 1613 Class 2, the PT-G503-HV is engineered for the most challenging conditions.
Operators benefit from advanced redundancy tools like PRP/HSR Coupling and QuadBox, which expand architecture options across multiple rings or LANs. Precision time synchronisation is achieved with hardware-based IEEE 1588v2 PTP in transparent clock mode, ensuring sub-microsecond accuracy for synchrophasor or process automation applications. The built-in IEC 61850-90-4 MMS server enhances SCADA integration, while Fibre Check helps diagnose and maintain optical links.
Security and manageability are central, with HTTPS/SSH, RADIUS, TACACS+, and SNMPv3 support. Automatic exception reporting via relay output or email alerts keeps operators informed of network events. Together, these features make the PT-G503-HV a resilient and highly secure platform for energy and automation networks.

RMA
In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
