The Moxa PT-G503-PHR-PTP-WV is a compact 3-port full Gigabit RedBox engineered for IEC 61850-3 power substation and industrial automation networks. Supporting IEC 62439-3 PRP and HSR redundancy protocols, the device delivers seamless zero recovery time redundancy to guarantee uninterrupted traffic flow in mission-critical environments. With three Gigabit combo ports, including an INTERLINK port for SAN connections and dual LAN A/B ports for redundant traffic, the PT-G503-WV provides robust backbone integration.
This model accepts dual isolated 24/48 VDC redundant inputs, ensuring continuous operation even under unstable power conditions. Broad operating temperature support from -40 to 85°C, IP40-rated aluminium housing, and resistance to shock, vibration, and electromagnetic interference make it ideal for deployment in demanding substation or process plant environments.
Advanced functions include PRP/HSR Coupling and QuadBox, enabling flexible redundant LAN architectures. IEEE 1588v2 PTP transparent clock functionality ensures precise time synchronisation across substations, vital for applications such as synchrophasor measurement and real-time protection systems. In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
