The R19L100-RKA3ML military-grade rack-mount display is designed to meet the regulatory requirements of the defence industry, and tested according to MIL-STD-810G environmental and MIL-STD 461F EMC standards. The 19" display supports an SXGA resolution of 1280 x 1024 pixels and has a luminance of 350cd/m with a built-in light sensor for auto brightness adjustment.

RMA

In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).

When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.

Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
