The RKP-A110 Fanless Industrial 1U Rack System, crafted by Moxa and powered by an Intel Atom X Series processor, is an excellent computing solution for industrial applications. This robust rackmount computer features a wide range of interface options, featuring up to 12 gigabit Ethernet ports, 10 software-selectable RS-232/422/485 serial ports, and 8 digital inputs and outputs, strategically positioned on the front panel for convenient access and seamless expansion. 

Engineered to endure the harshest of operating conditions, the RKP-A110 is a 1U fanless rackmount computer, featuring an impressive operating temperature range of -30 to 60°C. Additionally, the built-in TPM 2.0 module adds an extra layer of security, making this industrial rack system a trustworthy and secure computing environment for critical applications in harsh settings.

RMA

In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).

When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.

Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
