The Advantech RSB-3710 is a compact 2.5" RISC single-board computer designed for multimedia and IoT applications. Powered by the Rockchip RK3399 ARM processor with dual Cortex-A72 and quad Cortex-A53 cores at 1.8GHz, the board balances strong performance with low power consumption.
It integrates 2GB LPDDR4 onboard memory and 16GB eMMC storage and supports rich graphics with HDMI 2.0 up to 4K@60Hz, plus LVDS or eDP up to 1920x1080@60Hz. Hardware video decoding supports H.264, H.265/HEVC, VP8, and more, making the board suitable for digital signage, smart kiosks, and healthcare imaging applications.

The RSB-3710 is designed for 12V DC input, draws just 11.5W, and operates in environments from 0°C to 60°C (standard) or -20°C to 85°C (extended). It supports both Debian Linux (9/10) and Android 7.1/10.0 operating systems.
With its compact 100 x 72mm Pico-ITX footprint, dual GbE, and versatile multimedia support, the RSB-3710 is ideal for IoT gateways, healthcare systems, vending machines, and embedded edge devices.

RMA
In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
