The RSC101 is a fanless Edge AI computer vision system featuring the Hailo-8 AI Accelerator, delivering up to 26 TOPS (Tera Operations Per Second) of high AI computing performance in a compact palm-sized unit. This system is ideal for edge AI applications, particularly in smart city environments.
Impulse can provide the RSC101 compact AI edge system fully configured, with your choice of storage and peripherals assembled and tested at our UK-based engineering facility for a fully deployable solution straight out of the box. RMA
In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
