The Moxa TWS-3010-APL-8PS-2GC-T is a 10 port managed Ethernet APL switch designed for field-level connectivity in process automation and industrial networking applications. It provides 8x 10BASE-T1L Ethernet APL spur ports for connecting compatible field devices, alongside 2x Gigabit combo ports that support copper or SFP-based uplink connectivity. This gives system designers a compact and flexible switch for extending Ethernet communication into areas where traditional cabling can be more complex or costly.
Each Ethernet APL spur port supports APL power classes A and C, enabling both data and power to be delivered over a single twisted pair connection. This helps reduce installation effort, simplify cable routing and support more flexible deployment of field devices. The use of 10BASE-T1L technology also supports long-distance Ethernet communication at field level, making the switch particularly relevant for process industries and industrial automation environments.
As a managed switch, the TWS-3010-APL-8PS-2GC-T includes redundancy features such as RSTP, STP and MRP to help improve network availability. It also supports key industrial protocols including EtherNet/IP, PROFINET and Modbus TCP, making it easier to integrate into existing automation architectures. Additional management and diagnostic functions, including port mirroring and profile-based configuration using the rotary DIP switch, help simplify commissioning and troubleshooting.
The switch is housed in a compact metal enclosure with IP30 protection and supports DIN-rail mounting for control cabinet installation. With redundant 24/48V DC power inputs, reverse polarity protection, overload current protection and a wide -40°C to +75°C operating temperature range, the TWS-3010-APL-8PS-2GC-T is well suited to demanding industrial environments requiring reliable managed Ethernet APL connectivity.

In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
