The Moxa TWS-3010-SPE Series is a compact range of managed industrial Single Pair Ethernet switches designed to extend reliable Ethernet connectivity to field-level devices. Built around 10Base-T1L Single Pair Ethernet technology, the series enables both data and power to be delivered over a single twisted pair cable, helping reduce wiring complexity, installation time and cabinet space requirements in industrial automation environments.
Each switch in the series provides 8 x 10MbE SPE ports using IEC 63171-2 connectors, with support for PoDL power classes 10, 11 and 12 on each SPE port. This allows compatible field devices to receive power and Ethernet communication through the same connection, making the TWS-3010-SPE Series well suited to distributed sensors, actuators and other edge-level devices. 10Base-T1L communication supports data transmission at up to 10 Mbps and distances of up to 1 km, giving engineers more flexibility when deploying Ethernet deeper into the field.
For uplink connectivity, the series includes 2 Gigabit combo ports, supporting either 10/100/1000BaseT(X) copper or 100/1000BaseSFP fibre connections. Managed switching features include VLAN, IGMP, SNMP, port mirroring, DHCP, RMON, LLDP and IPv4/IPv6 support, while redundancy protocols such as RSTP, STP, MSTP, MRP and link aggregation help maintain network availability.
The TWS-3010-SPE Series is also designed for straightforward integration into automation systems, with support for PROFINET, EtherNet/IP and Modbus TCP. A rotary DIP switch allows profile-based configuration without needing a web browser, helping speed up commissioning and reduce setup complexity. With a rugged metal housing, IP30 protection, redundant 24 VDC power inputs and a wide -40 to 75°C operating temperature range, the TWS-3010-SPE Series is suitable for demanding industrial control cabinets and field network applications.

In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
