The UC-5100 series from Moxa is a wireless-ready, compact fanless industrial embedded computer, built around the Cortex-A8 ARMv7 processor and designed for space-critical automation applications. They come with flexible interfacing options in a variety of models to suit your needs. Moxa’s heat dissipation design allows the systems to be operated in an extended temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The LTE and Wi-Fi expansion can be used in both hot and cold environments, maximising your data transmission and pre-processing capability. RMA
In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
