UC-5112-LX – Compact, Wireless-Ready Embedded Computer for Industrial Applications
The Moxa UC-5112-LX is a compact, fanless embedded computer built for space-constrained industrial automation and IIoT applications. Based on a 1GHz ARM Cortex-A8 processor, it offers a reliable, power-efficient platform for edge computing, protocol conversion, and device connectivity at the network edge.
Designed with flexibility in mind, the UC-5112-LX supports a rich set of interfaces including dual Ethernet, USB, CAN, and 4x software-selectable RS-232/422/485 ports. A Mini PCIe slot enables wireless expansion with optional Wi-Fi or LTE modules, making it suitable for a wide range of remote and connected deployments.
For applications requiring operation in extreme environments, the UC-5112-T-LX variant supports a wide temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, ideal for outdoor or unconditioned locations.
The platform runs Moxa Industrial Linux (MIL) with 10-year long-term support, ensuring security, stability, and future-proofing for long-term installations.

RMA
In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
