The VDX2-6518 2.5” tiny module offers extended temperature specification as standard and utilises the low power DM&P Vortex86DX2 800MHz embedded processor.

The efficient design of the Vortex86DX2 processor enables the VDX-6518 to operate without the aid of a cooling fan in a temperature range of -10°C to +60°C.

The VDX2-6518 comes with 1GB on-board DDR2 memory and incorporates numerous expansion and communication interfaces making it ideal for OEM and true embedded applications.

The manufacturer of the VDX2-6518, iCOP Technology, owns the design of the Vortex86DX2 processor, enabling true longevity of supply and the enforcement of strict revision and control polices.
