24-Core Xeon Performance in a Flexible 2U Server

The VELA-SVR-XE6-2U-6520P pairs Intel Xeon processing with DDR5 Registered DIMM memory in a 2U rackmount chassis. It is for applications that require strong multi-thread processing alongside the flexibility to add specialist hardware and storage in a compact platform.

• Intel Xeon 6520P processor combines 24 cores, 48 threads, speeds of up to 4GHz and 144MB cache for demanding workloads.
• 64GB DDR5 5600MHz memory gives the system a solid base for handling larger datasets, multiple applications and memory-intensive workloads.
• 1TB M.2 PCIe SSD provides fast local storage, while leaving the front drive bays available for additional capacity.
• 2U rackmount chassis offers a practical balance between rack space and configuration flexibility, with room for expansion cards and additional storage.

• Two PCIe x16 and one PCIe x8 slots allow specialist hardware such as networking cards, storage controllers, capture cards and industrial I/O to be added where required.
• Dual 2.5Gigabit Ethernet ports offer faster network transfer than standard Gigabit Ethernet for moving application data, files and network traffic.
• Four front-accessible SATA/SAS hot-swap bays accept both 2.5-inch and 3.5-inch drives, making it easier to add capacity or replace storage once the server is installed.
• Front and rear USB connections include USB 3.2 Gen 1 and USB 2.0 ports, giving engineers straightforward access for setup, servicing and peripheral connection.

RMA

In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).

When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.

Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
