The VEX-6253 is a low cost PC/104 module with a fanless and low power design ideal for the new generation of IoT demands. It's purpose is to provide a competitive, reliable and stable embedded computing platform for extreme and varied environments.

The VEX-6253 utilises the latest Vortex86EX 400MHz processor from DM&P which guarantees long-term lifetime and strict revision control.  The module supports direct A/D DAQ support on-board making it ideal for data logging and test & measurement applications.  It also supports mutiple I/O including 10/100 Ethernet, an RS-232/485 serial port, two USB 2.0 ports and an optional SIM card slot for mobile connectivity.
